Hello and Welcome,
You might be looking for a counsellor to talk about a specific problem; maybe you feel anxious and stressed. Or you might be having relationship difficulties or have lost someone. Whatever you are going through, I would like to help.
I offer a safe and supportive environment, free of judgement, where we can gently explore together what is going on for you. We work collaboratively and at your pace. I will support you and help you to understand and cope with painful feelings, memories and problems.
Entering therapy can be the first step to changing your life. My role is to support you to find your own path. You will learn more about yourself and in doing so gain more self-belief, be able to make positive changes and have clarity as to the causes of your problems.
I am based in West London and Dorset and work with adults on a short to long-term basis.
I provide face to face counselling as well as online counselling via Skype or FaceTime.
How to book:
Booking is easy, simply text 07391091774 or email me here directly via my contact form.
You can either set up an initial (no obligations) appointment for you to see if you would like to work with me
or ask for a call back to have a brief conversation about what you are looking for.
Appointments are usually available within a week.
